Monetization:
Our attorneys are experienced in helping clients maximize the commercial value of their intellectual property through licensing inventions, technology, and IP rights. Our attorneys work proactively with clients in dealing with potential problem areas and assist clients in conducting due diligence investigations for various types of IP. This due diligence may be in connection with a joint venture, acquisition transaction, software development contract, or the like.
